Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WeeklyReset (the "Service"), operated by The Spark Innovation Hubs LTD. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

WeeklyReset is operated by The Spark Innovation Hubs LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16136501, registered office Old Generator House, Unit 3, Bourne Valley Road, Poole, BH12 1DZ. You can contact us at hello@weeklyreset.co.uk.

2. The Service

WeeklyReset is a personal weekly-planning and reflection tool. It is provided free of charge: there are no subscriptions, tiers or paywalls, and every feature is available to every user. We may change, add or remove features over time.

3. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
  • Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose;
  • post or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory or infringes the rights of others (including in community areas);
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, or circumvent any security or rate-limiting measures;
  • scrape, copy or resell the Service or its content without our permission.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service (your brain dumps, priorities, reflections and posts). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — including sending it to our AI provider to generate your results, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.

6. AI features and no professional advice

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, suggestions, blueprints and coaching. This output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for general guidance only. It is not professional advice — medical, psychological, legal, financial or otherwise — and should not be relied upon as such. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services (such as Google Calendar) that you may choose to connect. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding and content (excluding your own content), is owned by The Spark Innovation Hubs LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on an “as available” basis. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the Service for operational, legal or security reasons, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the above, and because the Service is provided free of charge, we will not be liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Where we are found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the amount you paid us for the Service (which, being free, is nil).

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
